If a user sends a message, the business may process that message and reply in order to continue the conversation and respond to the user's request.

If a user does not send a message first, no messaging conversation is started and no reply is sent. In this model, participation and consent are established by the user choosing to initiate contact with the business through a supported messaging channel.

Sharing and Service Providers

Information may be processed through trusted infrastructure and service providers that support messaging, hosting, analytics, storage, and AI-assisted response generation. Data is shared only as needed to operate the service.
